Stress

Stress is very terrible to be dealing with. But there are many ways to dealing with it. For example one way would be to find a support system, that could mean many things, but the most common one would probably a friend or a family member. Another one would be taking care of yourself, for example eating well, getting enough exercise and 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Finally one more thing you could do is just laugh more, get a good sense of humor and learn to have fun. This will help with getting your mind off of all the stress. In conclusion, stress can be bad, but only if you let it get to you. Those are some things to do to avoid stress.
